The Association's lawyer provides free legal advice to TSA members on labor law, apartment leases, financial claims, real estate law, torts and general legal advice, and also provides signature verification services for affidavits and documents.
This service is provided by the Association's lawyer, for TSA members, for free.
Any student in need of an attorney signature must make an appointment themselves, and a student who did not register will not be accepted (even if their partnerroommate did).
A student must be with green passport in order to meet with the lawyer!

For authentication of signature on affidavits, the student must identify themselves to the lawyer by means of an identity card, driver's license or passport only, and present a TSA member card.
For the purpose of signing a "common-law spouses" affidavit, the couple must report to the lawyer and sign a declaration.

When you have all the necessary forms, you can upload them to the Municipality website (open via IE or Firefox) (under "Request for a discount on municipal property tax for residential apartment for fiscal year (9.10)") or submit them to box No. 16 at the TSA Secretariat and the Tax Authorities Coordinator will submit them to the Municipality of Haifa for you.
Please make sure that you have written a phone number on the application form.
It is recommended that you keep a scan or a copy of the forms.

Were you on reserve duty? You deserve money from the Social Insurance Institute!
In order to receive the money, you must fill out a personal claim form and attach a photocopy of your student card and a reserve certificate.
There are three preferred ways to fill in the form:
1. Filling and submitting the form via the Internet
2. Receive the form at the TSA secretariat and submit it there (where they can assist you in filling it)
3. Download the form and submit it in box 16 at the TSA Secretariat.
