Dormitories
The student dormitories at the Technion have over 5000 beds, designated for both undergraduate and graduate degree students. The dormitories are managed by the Technion through the Dormitory Head Office. ASAT’s Dormitory Coordinator provides consistent service pertaining to student-initiated issues in the dormitories and is works to improve the standard of living.
Each dormitory building has a building manager, who is a student employed by the Technion. For any issues, the building manager should be contacted. A list of building managers can be found on the dormitory website here.
In the event that you do not receive an appropriate response or believe that the issue does not fall under the jurisdiction of the building manager, you can contact the ASAT Dormitory Coordinator by email - meonot@asat.technion.ac.il.
Registration for the dormitories is carried out on the dormitory website.
Please note the registration deadlines – late registration may affect eligibility for dormitory living.

Laundry
As of March 2022, an account is required in order to use the washing machines in the dormitories.
Laundry services at the Technion are operated by ASAT.
The laundry rooms are intended for dormitory residents but are open for use to the entire student public. On campus there are 15 laundry rooms that are the responsibility of the Laundry Coordinator. In the event that a machine is not working, or there are any safety or payment issues – the Laundry Coordinator should be contacted.
