Campus and Welfare Office

The campus office is responsible for the welfare of the students inside and outside of the campus. 

The office provides photocopying and printing services in machines scattered throughout the campus, vending machines, laundry services and grocery stores operated by franchisees. In addition, the office is responsible for the representation of students at the dormitory office (regarding criteria of admission, entry of vehicles, internet, etc.), supervising the Student Union building franchisees, providing advice and services in matters of tax, finance and law.

Immigrants

The Advancement of Students Unit provides assistance to immigrant students on the following subjects:

  • Counseling and support in coping with emotional and social difficulties.
  • Assistance and counseling in dealing with the educational requirements at the Technion.
  • Providing scholastic assistance through individual tutoring provided by outstanding students: students who receive assistance from the Student Administration are entitled to free tutoring by contacting the relevant counselor in the unit, according to faculty affiliation.
  • The unit works in cooperation with the Student Administration to assist in a variety of subjects.
  • The Student Administration assists in financing tuition fees according to the eligibility protocols it determines. In addition, the Administration's training team maintains personal contact with the students and initiates activities such as meetings, trips, lectures, and more.
